LIRCLE ("we", "us") is an independent creative studio operating lircle.co. We built this site the way we build brands: with intention. That includes how it treats your data. This policy explains, in plain language, what information the site collects, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and the choices you have. It applies to everything on lircle.co, including the Arabic version at lircle.co/ar/. Effective date: 25 July 2026.
The short version
- We collect usage analytics to understand how the site is used, and the details you choose to send us when you get in touch. That is all.
- We never sell, rent or trade personal information, and we run no advertising or ad-tracking of any kind.
- You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, with a single email.
1. Information we collect
Usage and interaction data. We use Microsoft Clarity, a website analytics service, to understand how visitors interact with our pages - which pages are viewed, how far people scroll, what gets clicked, and anonymised session replays of on-site activity. Clarity masks sensitive text inputs by default. This data is about improving the site's design, speed and content; it is not used to identify you personally.
Information you provide. When you use our contact form or email us directly, we receive what you send: typically your name, email address, company, and the details of your project enquiry. Nothing is collected from a form until you press send.
Technical log data. Like almost every website, our hosting infrastructure (Hostinger) keeps routine server logs - IP address, browser type, request time - for security, abuse prevention and reliability.
2. How we use information
- To operate, secure and improve this website and its content.
- To respond to your enquiries and correspond about projects.
- To prepare proposals and deliver work you have engaged us for.
- To meet legal obligations, if any ever apply.
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have specifically asked to hear from us.
3. Analytics and session recordings
Analytics data is processed by Microsoft Clarity under Microsoft's own safeguards; you can read the Microsoft Privacy Statement for details of how Microsoft handles this data, including retention. We review this data in aggregate - heatmaps and recordings show us patterns, not people. If you prefer not to be included in analytics at all, blocking cookies for lircle.co in your browser is enough; every part of the site works without them.
4. Cookies
This site sets analytics cookies through Microsoft Clarity to distinguish one visit from another. It sets no advertising cookies and participates in no tracking networks. All modern browsers let you view, block or delete cookies per-site in their privacy settings.
5. Services that process data for us
- Microsoft Clarity - website analytics and session replay (privacy statement).
- Hostinger - website hosting and standard server logs.
- FormSubmit - relays contact-form submissions to our inbox.
- Google Fonts - serves the site's typefaces; your browser requests font files from Google when a page loads.
Each of these processes only what is technically necessary to perform its function. We do not hand any of them additional data about you.
6. How long we keep information
Project and enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for working together and for our records, after which it is deleted. Analytics data is retained according to Microsoft Clarity's standard retention periods. Server logs rotate on our host's standard schedule.
7. Sharing
We share personal information with no one beyond the service providers listed above - no data brokers, no advertisers, no "partners". The only exception would be a valid legal requirement to disclose, which we would honour only to the extent the law demands.
8. International processing
We are a remote-first studio and the services above operate global infrastructure, so data may be processed outside the country you are visiting from. Each provider applies its own published safeguards for international data handling.
9. Your rights and choices
Wherever you are, we honour the same simple standard: it is your data. You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it - email hellolircle@gmail.com and we will act on it promptly. If you are in a jurisdiction with formal data-protection rights (such as the GDPR or GCC data-protection laws), those rights apply in full.
10. Children
This site is a professional service for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16; if you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, access to our inbox and tools is restricted, and we collect little by design - the best protection for data is not holding it in the first place.
12. Changes to this policy
If how the site handles data ever changes, this page and its effective date will be updated before the change takes effect. The current version is always at lircle.co/privacy.
13. Contact
Questions about this policy or your data: hellolircle@gmail.com - a person reads it, and you will get a real answer.
