LIRCLE ("we", "us") is an independent creative studio operating lircle.co. We built this site the way we build brands: with intention. That includes how it treats your data. This policy explains, in plain language, what information the site collects, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and the choices you have. It applies to everything on lircle.co, including the Arabic version at lircle.co/ar/. Effective date: 5 October 2026.
The short version
- We collect usage analytics to understand how the site is used, advertising measurement data to see how our ads perform, and the details you choose to send us when you get in touch.
- We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. Meta uses Pixel data to measure our ads and to show them on Facebook and Instagram, including to people who have visited this site.
- We never sell, rent or trade personal information.
- You can opt out of analytics and personalised ads (section 4), and ask us what we hold about you or to delete it with a single email.
1. Information we collect
Usage and interaction data. We use Microsoft Clarity, a website analytics service, to understand how visitors interact with our pages - which pages are viewed, how far people scroll, what gets clicked, and anonymised session replays of on-site activity. Clarity masks sensitive text inputs by default. We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic and which pages and actions (for example a click on our WhatsApp or email link, or a submitted enquiry) lead to people getting in touch.
Advertising and measurement data. This site uses the Meta Pixel, a piece of code provided by Meta Platforms. When you visit, it can record events such as page views, clicks on our WhatsApp or email links, and arrival on our thank-you page after an enquiry, together with technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details and cookie identifiers. Meta uses this to measure our ads and to help show our ads to relevant people on Facebook and Instagram, including people who have visited this site.
Information you provide. When you use our contact form or email us directly, we receive what you send: typically your name, email address, company, and the details of your project enquiry. Nothing is collected from a form until you press send.
Technical log data. Like almost every website, our hosting infrastructure (Hostinger) keeps routine server logs - IP address, browser type, request time - for security, abuse prevention and reliability.
2. How we use information
- To operate, secure and improve this website and its content.
- To respond to your enquiries and correspond about projects.
- To prepare proposals and deliver work you have engaged us for.
- To measure how our advertising performs and to show our ads to people likely to be interested in our work, including people who have visited this site.
- To meet legal obligations, if any ever apply.
We do not sell your information, we do not make automated decisions about you, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have specifically asked to hear from us.
3. Analytics, advertising and session recordings
Analytics data is processed by Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics, and advertising data by Meta, each under its own policy: the Microsoft Privacy Statement, the Google Privacy Policy (see also how Google uses information from sites that use its services) and the Meta Privacy Policy.
Third parties, including Meta and Google, may use cookies, web beacons and similar technologies on this website to collect or receive information from this website and elsewhere on the internet, and use that information to provide measurement services and to target ads. We review analytics in aggregate - heatmaps and reports show us patterns, not people - and we do not try to identify individual visitors.
4. Cookies and your choices
This site sets analytics cookies (Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (Meta Pixel). You can control them at any time:
- Block or delete cookies for lircle.co in your browser's privacy settings - every part of the site works without them.
- Opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Control how Meta uses your activity for ads in your Facebook and Instagram ad preferences.
- Opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at aboutads.info or, in Europe, youronlinechoices.eu, and use your phone's settings to limit ad tracking.
5. Services that process data for us
- Microsoft Clarity - website analytics and session replay (privacy statement).
- Google Analytics - website analytics and conversion measurement (privacy policy).
- Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel) - advertising measurement and ad delivery on Facebook and Instagram (privacy policy).
- Hostinger - website hosting and standard server logs.
- FormSubmit - relays contact-form submissions to our inbox.
- Google Fonts - serves the site's typefaces; your browser requests font files from Google when a page loads.
Each of these processes data to perform its function under its own terms. Meta and Google may also use the data they receive under their own privacy policies, as described in section 3.
6. How long we keep information
Project and enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for working together and for our records, after which it is deleted. Analytics and advertising data are kept according to each provider's retention rules: Microsoft Clarity's standard periods, the data-retention setting in our Google Analytics account, and Meta's own policy. Server logs rotate on our host's standard schedule.
7. Sharing
We share personal information only with the service providers listed above, including Google and Meta for analytics and advertising measurement. We do not sell it to data brokers or anyone else. The only other exception would be a valid legal requirement to disclose, which we would honour only to the extent the law demands.
8. International processing
We are a remote-first studio and the services above operate global infrastructure, so data may be processed outside the country you are visiting from. Each provider applies its own published safeguards for international data handling.
9. Your rights and choices
Wherever you are, we honour the same simple standard: it is your data. You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it - email info@lircle.co and we will act on it promptly. If you are in a jurisdiction with formal data-protection rights (such as the GDPR or GCC data-protection laws), those rights apply in full.
10. Children
This site is a professional service for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16; if you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, access to our inbox and tools is restricted, and we collect little by design - the best protection for data is not holding it in the first place.
12. Changes to this policy
If how the site handles data ever changes, this page and its effective date will be updated before the change takes effect. The current version is always at lircle.co/privacy.
